February Challenge

FEBRUARY FASTING: A SEASON OF SPIRITUAL RENEWAL

As we enter the month of February, we invite everyone to join in a collective season of fasting and prayer. This spiritual discipline will allow us to seek God's guidance, deepen our faith, and align our hearts with His will. Through this challenge, we will create space for reflection, repentance, and renewal, trusting that God will use this time to strengthen our community and empower us for His service.

The Challenge Guidelines

BIBLICAL READING

  • Pray when you wake up & before bed for a minimum of 7 minutes every day.

  • Read a chapter from the books of Ephesians and Romans every day.

DIETARY RESTRICTIONS

  • No Deep-Fried Foods

  • No Junk Food

  • No Fast Food

  • Only drink Water and Green Tea (with honey)

PHYSICAL CHALLENGE

  • Weekly Workouts (See Details Below)

  • Week 1: Squats

  • Week 2: Planks

  • Week 3: Wall Push Ups

  • Week 4: Flutter Kicks

EXCEPTION DATES

The Challenge will be taking place every day from February 1st to February 28th, excluding Valentine's Day - Saturday, February 14th
