BIBLICAL READING
Read 1 chapter from the Book of James every day.
DIETARY RESTRICTIONS
No Junk Food or Deep Fried Foods
Not Allowed: Deep Fried, Candy, Sweets, Pastries,
Allowed: Pan Seared/Air Fryer Cooked Meals,
No Carbonated Drinks
Not Allowed: Pop/Soda, Energy Drinks, Drinks with high sugar content
Allowed: Coffee, Tea, Milk, 100% Juice, Water

No Starches or Bread
Not Allowed: Bread, Rice, Pasta, Dough, Sugary Cereal, Barley, or any grain labeled "White" or "Wheat"
Allowed: Starchy Root Vegetables (Peas, Corn, Sweet Potatoes, etc.), Beans and Legumes, Whole Wheat Cereal, Oats/Oatmeal
Allowed: Potatoes** (Only if the starch is rinsed and removed from the potatoes - Click here to find out how)
EXCEPTION DATES
The Challenge will be taking place every day from February 3rd to February 28th, excluding the following days:
Super Bowl Sunday - Sunday, February 9th
Valentine's Day Weekend - Friday, February 14th to Sunday, February 16th
