Our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ led Apostle Charles Dorsey into intimacy.
During this time the ministry was impregnated in a vision to Apostle Charles Dorsey Jr. Accepting the destiny that God had given him, he shared the vision with his wife, Prophet Carmen Dorsey, and together they went before the Lord, diligently seeking direction in where the Lord wanted them to go. After much prayer and fasting God began leading them to bring forth Revival of Life Ministries; because this would be a distinct ministry on a mission to see souls won for Christ and Christians living renewed victorious lives.
Apostle Charles and Apostle Carmen being burden for people to have renewed, regenerated, restored, rehabilitated, and revived lives followed the Lord's guidance on teaching triumphant living. God told Apostle Charles that businesses and economic development would be part of bursting forth Revival of Life Ministries. Communities would be developed around the Ministry.
This ministry began on July 4th, 2002 at the home of the Pastor's, four months later God blessed Revival of Life with its first building.
Still seeking God for new dimensions and territories growth is imminent. Standing on the Word of God.

Revival of Life does not align itself with a specific traditional denomination. Instead, it operates as an independent church, embracing various evangelical Christian principles while maintaining its unique identity and practices.
While Revival of Life may not adhere to traditional liturgical practices or sacraments found in more formal denominations, it maintains its own set of practices that reflect its identity, including:
Worship and Prayer: Our church emphasizes dynamic and participatory worship, which may include expressive elements like singing, dancing, and spontaneous prayer.
Prayer for Healing: Our church may hold times for healing where congregants can receive prayer for physical, emotional, or spiritual healing. This practice is rooted in the belief in divine healing through prayer and the laying on of hands.
Spiritual Gifts: The exercise of spiritual gifts, such as prophecy, speaking in tongues, and words of knowledge, is an integral part of worship and community life. These practices are seen as manifestations of the Holy Spirit’s presence and work within the church.
Bible Study Teaching & Scriptural Focus: Regular Bible study and teaching are central to church life, with an emphasis on applying Biblical principles to daily living.
Baptism: Revival of Life usually practices believer's baptism, which means that individuals are baptized after they have made a personal decision to follow Christ, typically done by full-body immersion.
Communion: Communion is celebrated as a significant part of worship, though the frequency may vary. It serves as a remembrance of Christ’s sacrifice and is a time for personal reflection and renewal.
